Jemput Makan returns to The Resort Café at Sunway Resort this April 4 to 2 May 2022 promising an authentic culinary experience amidst a setting of gold and white. Taking centre stage this year will be nine outdoor live-action stations flowing in to an extensive buffet spread indoors.

TRACE Restaurant and Bar
Located on the 40th floor at Element by Westin Kuala Lumpur; TRACE Restaurant and Bar will have its ‘Juadah Selera Kita’ dinner Ramadhan buffet. Break fast with an array of sweet dates and whet the appetite at the ‘Make Your Own Kerabu Station’ filled with refreshing local greens and herbs including – young mango, young papaya, long bean, pucuk paku and more.
This year’s signature dish is the authentic Sup Utara; a popular Malay dish that originated from the Northern Part of Malaysia. On top of that, there will be many popular traditional dishes such as Claypot Style ‘Masak Lemak Cili Api’, Lamb With Briyani Rice and Condiments, chicken and beef murtabak, slow-roasted beef rib eye with chat potatoes, Yongtoufu, Hot Wok Dishes and many more.

The Chow Kit Kitchen & Bar
The Chow Kit Kitchen & Bar at The Chow Kit – an Ormond Hotel will bring delight to this year’s Ramadhan through its sumptuous menu, Citarasa Ramadhan. Specially designed by the hotel’s culinary experts, it starts from 3rd April to 2nd May 2022.
The iftar feast is a spread of delicious cuisine inspired by familiar flavours of home served ‘dulang’ style. The mains include star dishes such as Curry Udang, tiger prawns cooked in fragrant coconut curry, lady fingers, tomatoes & tofu pok and the Rendang Dendeng, Golden Sea Bass, choice of Tempoyak Daun Kayu or Kacang Botol Sambal Belacan, and many more classic dishes.

Maria’s SteakCafe
Fancy something different from the norm? The highlight in Maria’s SteakCafe is always their steaks and this time the best part of the beef set is the Raya Special Edition Percik Sauce as it brings local flavours to international cuisine for a delightful East meets West fusion with that extra kick. Dessert comes in the form of 2 moist chocolate cakes to end your meal on a sweet note.
There’s also a Non-beef option available. Starting at RM239++, the set comes with the same appetisers and dessert while the main course is a Surf n’ Turf which includes 1 New Zealand Lamb Cutlet and 1 Atlantic White Cod.
