The People Behind Dream Forest Langkawi
The visionary behind Dream Forest Langkawi is Puan Sri Tiara Jacquelina, the President and Chief Dream Maker of the Enfiniti Group, a highly acclaimed creative powerhouse.
Puan Sri Tiara assembled an exceptional team of Malaysian talents from the creative, technical, and construction fields to bring this unique concept to life.
Initially conceived in 2019 as separate stories told through various technological mediums in individual pavilions, the project underwent significant changes due to the impact of the pandemic and the need to adapt to a new normal in the tourism industry and the era of IR 4.0.
The new concept focuses on storytelling, creative technology, and the integration of the natural forest landscape, resulting in an open-air, nature-based attraction that facilitates social distancing and fosters an appreciation for Malaysia’s flora and fauna.
Nestled at the base of the majestic Gunung Raya, Dream Forest Langkawi is a biodiverse wonderland that remains vibrant day and night.
During daylight hours, visitors can enjoy nature walks, forest bathing, and encounters with unique animals such as flying lemurs, dusky leaf monkeys, the Sumatran toad, and various species of hornbills residing in the Lubuk Semilang forest.
As the sun sets, the forest undergoes a magical transformation, becoming a 15.8-acre natural theatrical space.
Welcoming visitors are Sang Gedembai, the Guardian of the Dream Forest, and three adorable helicopter seeds named Eli, Coco, and Terra, who serve as hosts. Through projection mapping on trees and surroundings, visitors can engage with captivating stories brought to life.
