A casually elegant restaurant for food lovers, Finch has been captivating imagination and inspiring dreams since opening its doors in June 2021 with its fantasy wonderland theme and wide range of delights. Seeking to enthral and impress always, the latest offering on their menu is set to charm its patrons.
To start off your scrumptious meal, the U5 Grade Freshwater Prawn in the Spicy Butter Fresh Water Prawns are cooked with deep rich butter and Bird’s Eye Chilli for that delicious savoury blend that packs a punch. Priced at RM80, it is served with Fried Man Tao buns for a hearty finish.
For sweet corn lovers, the Grilled Corn (RM23) will surely awaken your taste buds. The corn is grilled to perfection with Yuzu, giving a sharp, citrusy note and tangy flavour along with the fragrance from Chilli, Butter, and Anchovies teasing you with the tropical sensation.
Making its way into the appetizer menu, the Lobster Bisque (RM60) is made out of lobsters flown in from Canada, fresh thick cream and Mirepoix with an assortment of diced vegetables sautéed to a golden brown for the aromatic base.
On the main course menu, the Black Cod with Mushroom Risotto (RM85) is a chef’s recommendation and a mouthwatering food fare using only the best premium Alaskan Black Cod. Served with Arborio Rice and Button Mushroom, the simmering, a creamy and chewy smorgasbord of flavours will burst in your mouth for a taste of Italy.
Shifting your palate from Italy to Japan, Finch proudly presents an afternoon of Land of the Rising Sun with their Hiru-Tea selection that is made perfect for two pax from 12pm to 6pm daily.
Starting at RM138, the Hiru-Tea menu comes with Sashimi Salad, Chuka Wakame, Chuka Hotate, Yawara Kani Maki, Salmon Ball Nigiri, Chef’s Selection Sashimi, and Mini Tarts with Salmon, Maguro and White Fish, all served and presented in a gilded gold bird cage inspired multi-tiered platter.
The Hiru-Tea selection is complemented by Earl Grey, Chamomile, Green Tea or Moringa Tea for an afternoon of zen and bliss.
The Japanese menu at Finch is a popular one with its unique fusion such as the Foie Gras Anago Maki (RM75) and the Tsurai Aburi Salmon Maki (RM45). Rounding up the latest offering in their new menu is the Ocean Mikkusu (RM75) and Tokyo Hamachi (RM85) in their Carpaccio selection served with chef specially made Wafu dressing.
