Although the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has impacted many businesses, the pandemic is not stopping Uniqlo from launching their new first of its kind roadside concept store in Malaysia.
This November marks Uniqlo’s 10th anniversary in Malaysia and the brand is delighted to announce through its official Facebook page that they will be opening their FIRST roadside store at DA Square @ Damansara Avenue. This makes Malaysia the fifth country outside of Japan to have a roadside concept store!
According to the post, this new store will be not be in a shopping mall unlike the other Uniqlo stores in the country. Instead, it will be a roadside, community-based store in Bandar Sri Damansara, surrounded by residential townships, schools and office buildings.
Another great insight that was shared about this new store is that it has been carefully designed to provide plenty of parking space! This means Uniqlo shoppers can now enjoy shopping conveniently without the hassle of looking for a parking spot.
The store will also be accessible for all, including families with children, elderly people and people with disability, and will feature its own car park for customers.
Uniqlo Malaysia’s first roadside store is scheduled to launch in December 2020 and we can’t wait to visit this place.
